How do I buy packaged product?
All ASHTA dry products may be purchased from ASHTA or one of its authorized distributors in 50 pounds, 400 pounds, 2000 pounds in stock. Special weight must be prepared. All ASHTA liquid products are available in drums or semi-bulk containers exclusively from authorized ASHTA distributors. How does ASHTA bill for their products?
Payment terms are NET 30 days. ASHTA is open to electronic billing and payment methods other than mailings. Please contact your ASHTA representative for details. Prices are quoted on a 45% or 50% basis for liquid potassium hydroxide and a 47% basis for liquid potassium carbonate. All ASHTA products are billed at the shipping assay which will usually differ from these values. The billing weight will be adjusted to reflect the actual variance from these base values.
For example, a typical liquid potassium hydroxide shipping assay might be 45.6%. Therefore, the billing weight would be the net shipping weight times 45.6%/45.0%. The same applies for the other liquid products listed above.
All dry products are sold on a flat assay basis and there is no adjustment to billing based on assay variances.

All ASHTA products are available from stock at their producing locations and may be shipped as soon as transportation can be arranged. Liquid and dry products are stocked at terminals and warehouses based on forecast demand. Product may be subject to availability.

How do I get statistical quality data?
Certificates of analysis and certificates of conformance are available for all ASHTA product shipments. Please contact customer service directly by telephone at (800) 492-5082, Fax (440) 992-0151, or e-mail customerservice@ashtachemicals.com.
Statistical Quality Control Information is also available for various time intervals and parameters. To make these arrangements, please contact your sales representative.
